NotaryPro Returns Policy-Last updated: June 14, 2026
Overview
NotaryPro Academy offers digital, on-demand education courses for California notary public applicants and renewals. Because our courses are delivered entirely online and access is granted immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital course delivery.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, AND
- You have not accessed, opened, or begun any lesson within the course, AND
- You have not downloaded any course materials, workbooks, or certificates
If you have accessed any portion of the course including viewing any lesson, opening any module, or downloading any material your purchase is non refundable. This policy exists because course content is immediately accessible and cannot be “returned” once viewed.
Please note: [return_conditions]
