1. Course Access
Enrollment grants access to the purchased course for 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Approved Education
NotaryPro Academy provides California Secretary of State–approved mandatory notary education for 3-hour and 6-hour requirements.
3. Account Usage
Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold. Each account verifies the identity of one student.
4. Completion Certificate
A Certificate of Completion is issued only after all lessons are completed, all time requirements are met, and identity is verified.
5. Payments
All payments must be made at checkout and are non-transferable.
6. Refunds
Refunds are available only if the student has not accessed or begun the course (see Refund Policy).
7. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for having access to:
- A stable internet connection
- A device capable of running the course platform
8. Misuse or Fraud
Any attempt to falsify identity, skip time requirements, or tamper with progress tracking will result in removal from the program without refund.
9. Legal Disclaimer
NotaryPro Academy does not guarantee you will pass the state exam or receive a commission. Completion of the training is one step in the state-required process.
